Smart Partners Alliance is a nonprofit organization in Indiana that implements the Indiana State Use Program and educates, encourages, and supports others by promoting employment and other services for people with disabilities.
Since 1977, our organization has been performing the service as the central coordinating agency for the Indiana State Use Program.
The Indiana State Use Program is a preferential purchasing program, established in 1976, that encourages state, county and other units of government to purchase products and services from approved State Use vendors without competitive bidding. The purpose of the program is to provide employment opportunities to people with disabilities.
