Welcome

It's MORE than just a purchase.
It's changing lives for a better Indiana.

The Indiana State Use Program is a preferential purchasing program (IC 5-22-13) that encourages state, county and other units of government to purchase products and services from approved not-for-profit work centers. The purpose of the program is to provide employment opportunities to people with disabilities.

State procurement agents are encouraged to purchase products and services offered through the Indiana State Use Program. Available items can be viewed in:

  • the State Use Program online catalog
  • the Indiana Department of Administration's QPA web page
  • the Peoplesoft eProcurement catalog

We appreciate your support employing and training Hoosiers with disabilities!
